- • Back-Office Services for CFOs, Tax Preparers & Accounting Firms
- • Clean-Up and Catch-Up Services
- • Customer Support Services
- • Reporting and financial process optimization
The specific scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a Service Agreement between AccountsGuru and the client.

4. Onboarding & Client Responsibilities
- • Onboarding begins once the client agrees to the service scope and provides required access and documentation.
- • Clients must provide timely access to accounting software, bank statements, invoices, receipts, payroll data, and any other information necessary for service delivery.
- • Delays in providing required information may affect timelines and deliverables.

5. Payment Terms
- • All fees will be agreed upon prior to the start of services.
- • Invoices are issued based on the agreed billing frequency (e.g., monthly, milestone, or project-based).
- • Payments are due by the invoice due date.
- • Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services.

6. Refund Policy
- • Refunds are considered only if services have not been delivered as per the agreed scope.
- • Completed or partially completed work is non-refundable.
- • Any disputes regarding billing or refunds must be raised within 10 business days from the invoice date.

- • We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and financial data.
- • Client data will never be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
- • Clients are responsible for securing their own system logins and credentials.

8. Service Levels (SLA)
- • We are committed to delivering accurate, timely, and reliable services.
- • Turnaround time and reporting frequency are determined during onboarding.
- • Any disruptions will be communicated in advance, and we will work to minimize impact on deliverables.

9. Intellectual Property
- • All website content, materials, and branding belong to AccountsGuru.
- • Clients retain ownership of their own data and financial records.
- • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Use of Third-Party Tools
- • We may use accounting and business software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Gusto, etc.) to deliver services.
- • Clients are responsible for their software subscriptions unless otherwise agreed.
- • We are not liable for third-party system errors or downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability
- • AccountsGuru is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free systems.
- • Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

12. Termination of Services
- • Either party may terminate services with [15/30] days written notice.
- • All outstanding invoices must be paid before final data handover.
- • Upon termination, we will return or delete all client data within a reasonable period.

- • Any concerns or disputes must first be reported to our client success team.
- • We aim to resolve disputes amicably.
